Key details about Veen Physiotherapy fees & pricing

– We have a hicaps machine onsite, meaning you can claim your private health straight after your appointment.
– We accept cash, bank transfers and all bank cards (Mastercard, VISA and Amex cards).
– We accept NDIS self-managed clients & NDIS plan managed clients.
– We unfortunately are unable to accept NDIA managed clients.
– Workcover clients are able to be seen for FREE. They are billed as followed by the law of Workcover WA – Allied Health Provider Fees.
– DVA clients are able to be seen for FREE. There is no out of pocket cost, medicare is billed for Physiotherapy services of DVA clients.
– DVA clients must have a doctors referral to Veen Physiotherapy before attending.
– Gold and white card DVA clients are welcome.
– We accept all ICWA clients for Physiotherapy and are able to be seen for FREE.
– This is insurance for Western Australian motorists and government agencies.
– All Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plans are provided by a doctor and have access to a bulk billed initial Physiotherapy session. This program is subsidised through Medicare.
– Follow up Physiotherapy sessions require $40.70 out of pocket cost for 30 minutes or FREE for 20 minute appointments.
– This is also known as a Enhanced Primary Care Plan.

After consulting with your GP and obtaining a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM), formerly known as Enhanced Primary Care plan (EPC), visit us. Your GP will either give you the required documentation or, in most instances, forward it directly to our office.

If you have a chronic (or terminal) medical condition for longer then 6 months, your GP may suggest a CDMP for a Physiotherapist. This includes musculoskeletal conditions, asthma, stroke, cardiovascular disease and so much more.

Yes. You will not be charged if you cancel prior to your appointment.
We understand unexpected situations happen in life which are out of our control. If you know you are going to be away or you are tight for time or you can’t make it, please let us know as soon as you can so we can offer the appointment to someone else who needs it.
